SMARTSystem Overview
Our Services include managing this project with you, obtaining data from your accounting system, converting your data to our SMARTSystem, training, guidance and suggestions for the best way to operate. After you start-up on the new system we continue to be available for Support as you become fully operational.
SMARTSystem makes it easy to always have prices that give you the margins you want. Selling and buying will be much more efficient, purchase orders and sales invoices will be very fast, everything will be tracked, and you will have better information at your fingertips to manage. Your accounting program will be updated automatically to keep your bookkeeping in order. Overall, you will be able to operate better, become more reliable to your customers by knowing what you have in inventory, what is on-order, when it is coming in and achieve your goals faster with our feature rich floral software System. Some of the key features include:
- Live, real-time inventory with precise knowledge of what is on hand, what your pre-book/advanced order product requirements are, what has been sold, and to whom.
- Automatic setting of prices to get the correct margins and complete tracking of all sales activity.
- The ability to create a price list with specials and get it out to all of your customers via email in one to two minutes. You can even sort products with the highest quantities to see what items need to be promoted.
- The ability to have different price levels for different customers and automatically apply discounts with override capability.
- Receiving purchase orders automatically updates your inventory. In addition, there are several other methods to enter products into inventory or make adjustments.
- An automated Purchase Order function allows you to very efficiently acquire product, build PO’s from Pre-book sales and automatically puts that product into your inventory.
- Salespeople, in-house or remote, can see in real-time what is available, the sale prices by customer price level and the sales margin desired.
- Significant time savings due to the automatic production of invoices, purchase orders, pick tickets, labels and other documents, and the ability to automatically email invoices and purchase orders with a click of the mouse.
- Truck sales integration using “hot spots” while on the road or automatic synchronization when the truck returns.
- Route reports for local driver delivery, carrier manifest and bills of lading.
- Many bar coding options available, including the verification of product staged for shipping.

In addition to our SMARTSystem we provide additional software that is fully integrated:
- SMARTSite™ e-Commerce website is fully integrated with the SMARTSystem. All sales transactions from the website are fully updated in the SMARTSystem with the On-hand Inventory updated. Customers can view and/or print their invoices when logged into their account.
- Mobile-On-the-Move™ Order Entry is a web based program or app that provides your staff the ability to create a sales order when out of the office, in a mobile environment using devices such as, tablets or cell phones thereby giving freedom to individuals and flexibility to interact with customers.
- Our SMARTScan™ Suite of programs is designed for portable, wireless handheld scanning devices, such as, the Zebra TC-21 or TC-26 wireless handheld scanner or compatible scanner. The price of the SMARTScan Suite depends on the options you select:
