Setup Quickbooks for Payments to Be Imported

1.    Go to Customers Menu

2.    Go to Receive Payments

3.    Select the drop down arrow on the more button 

4.    Then select Add new Payment Method

5.    Type in Master Card and select Master Card from the drop down

6.    Click Save

7.    Select New Payment method again

8.    Type in Amex and select American Express fromthe drop down

9.    Repeat for each payment type

o  These must be entered EXACTLY as they areprinted below:

§ Cash

§ Check

§ Visa

§ Discover

§ Master Card

§ Amex
