Credit Limit Override

We have the ability to control the overriding of Credit Limits for customers.

1. Go to the Management Menu and Supervisor Override

2. Enter the Supervisor Password

This will bring up any Supervisor Override Requests which can then be Approved or Declined using the drop down on the status column and clicking Send Responses

3. You can filter using the Override Status box and the screen refreshes every 15 seconds.
4. It is designed to be left open on a managers desktop.
