Transfer from a Box to a Bunch

Using the Inventory Transfer Window in SMARTSystem you can transfer from boxes to bunches

1. First setup inventory items as Boxes, with a Purchase Unit of Measure and Selling Unit of Measure as below.

2. Using the inventory transfer function move the box quantity to a bunch by selecting the bunch in the lower window

3. Click the Consolidate button to bring up the confirmation window

4. Select how many bunches you want to move from the box (here we selected 10 bunches) and click Consolidate

5. Now open the Inventory Count and Adjustments screen and look for the product you just moved product to and select how many labels you need

6. Click the Print Labels button and now you will have your sleeve labels, showing the New Lot number, the old lot number (which the product was transfered from)
