Pick Ticket Types
Pick Ticket 1 – Standard Pick Ticket
General purpose Pick Ticket can be used by growers, wholesalers, importers and retailers.
Pick Ticket Type 2 – Grower Pick Ticket
Breaks down by box ID. Ideal for use with Advanced Shipping where boxes are defined as order is entered.
Pick Ticket Type 3 – Locations Pick Ticket
This is a standard pick ticket that was modified for use with the “Expanded Warehouse Locations” module. It is exactly the same as the standard pick ticket except it sorts the products according to location and shows locations and available quantities as entered in the expanded warehouse shelf locations module (enabling this disables standard way that warehouse locations are handled).
Pick Ticket Label Combo – Prints on 5”x7” perforated 2 part card
This is a custom label that was made for a grower in California that prints on a 5”x7” card – one of these is printed for each box defined in the shipping table for the order. The details are printed on the smaller side of the perforated card and the order header information prints on the larger part of the card.
Typically used with the “Warehouse Creates Box Charges” option in System Control. The blue line drawn in this picture shows where the perforation is in the card stock:
Box/Packing Pick Ticket
This pick ticket was originally created to work with explicitly with the Inventory At A Glance (IAG) boxing and packing data.
Boxing / Packing can now be enabled for use with any SMARTSystem configuration as a replacement for the standard shipping tab.
This pick ticket will only print properly when this data is present.
This pick ticket organizes the items like the type 2 pick ticket, but it shows the products in the way they are boxed by the user:
This is how the products in the example below are boxed:
