Traze Integration

We now have the ability to integrate with Traze (https://www.trazesoft.com/home), a system that that allows growers to sell their products directly to other markets.

Once the Traze integration has been setup a new column is present on the inventory view screen.


Checking or un-checking the box next to the item and clicking on Publish/Update will send the products or remove the products from the integrated Marketplace.

The SMARTSystem does not download orders from Traze – they are entered manually into the Sales Order, once the Traze orders are received.


The Sales Document Processing screen has been modified to “Invoice to PDFs”. This will work in conjunction with the Invoice checkbox to save a PDF of the invoice to an “Invoices” folder in the on the local computer. The invoices will be identified as “Invoice #####” where ##### is the invoice number.

The invoices are then uploaded to Traze manually.
