Setup Transaction Pro for Importing into Quickbooks Online

1. Have the client sign up for Transaction Pro here: https://get.transactionpro.com/FloralcomputerSystems (it's an affiliate link)

2. Login to your Quickbooks Online account by clicking on App Login

5.  Drag your file from your Export Folder to the Upload Files Window. Use Credit Memos for Credit Memos, Invoices for Invoices, Purchase Orders for Purchase Orders and Receive Payments for Payments

8. Select the correct Mapping File (Invoices, Purchase Orders etc.)

Payments



Then click Preview and Import and then IMPORT

  1. If the import fails you can edit the fields directly in Transaction Pro and then click import once more.

  1. If a Products and Services in an import does not already exist in QuickBooks Online, Transaction Pro Importer will create the missing Products and Services as Service type and use the Accounts of Uncategorized Income or Uncategorized Expense.
