Sales Price Scheduling

Sales Price Scheduling allows you to set price changes for a future date, Valentines day for example.

If you would like to use this feature you MUST contact us to setup some changes on your server before the scheduling will work.

To access Sales Price Scheduling go to Management - Sales Price Scheduling

The usual filters are available to narrow down your search for particular products

Next you enter the new price, Start and End Date and decide if it will be a permanent change and whether to inactivate any volume discounts

When you complete your entries click the SAVE    button to filter out only the inventory items with NEW PRICE entries, like we do on the Inventory Reconciliation screen. These remaining entries will not update.

You will now have an opportunity to review your entries and print them in product code sequence.

Click the POST button to add these entries to the Price Scheduling Table. The date and time this record is created with the user id will be captured for each record

IMPORTANT NOTE any sales orders or prebooks made before the specified date will not show the new price. The new price only changes on the dates set.

ALSO if you update/recalculate the prices on the sales order that was created prior to the price changes, and it's during the time the price changes are in effect, it will update the impacted prices to what is in the scheduled price change.  You would need to know what products were affected by looking at what you setup in the Sales Price Scheduling
