Two Accounts Showing for One Customer in Sales View

The Sales View shows the “Sold To” name from the individual Sales Orders, not the customer name.  The Sold To Name can be edited on each sales order. Also, if a customer name is changed in the customer record, the sold to name in the existing orders stays the same.

In your screen shot you were searching the “sold to” drop down.  You can type a partial name in there and find all the matches.  You could type Anthony in the sold to search and it would show you all the orders with Anthony in the sold to name.

You could also select Anthony Flowers-TJP Flower Shop  Ltd in the Cust Name search field to find all orders for that customer regardless of the sold to that was entered on the order.

The difference in the names in the sold to fields for the same customer usually means the customer name was changed at some point and some of the orders still have the old name in the sold to..
