Sending a Quote

To send a quote in SMARTSystem, first make sure that Use Pre-Book Confirmations instead of Quotes  is Un-checked. And select any other options here for the quotes

This only works when the order is a prebook. It will not show up on a sales order. The Email Quote button will not appear until the customer's data has been filled in, and at least one item has been added to the order. It does not show up until those conditions are met.

Now you will see an Email quote button on the Sales Order.
