Warehouse Picker/Checker Tracking

Purpose:  To provide Warehouse Tracking information and reporting.

Keywords:  The following is a list of key terms used in the SMARTSystem that you should be familiar with and understand.

•        Infraction is the violation of the rules you setup for your Pickers and Checkers.

Workflow: 

The following workflow is the consolidated Pick Ticket / Picker Packer / Infraction tracking system.

• 1.    Enable tracking pickers and packers in System Control:

• a.     Shipping Tab -> General area.  This checkbox will be labeled “Identify Pickers & Checkers in WOMs”

• 2.    Printing consolidated pick ticket generates a code (with barcode) that prints on the ticket

• 3.    Check the options in the staff record to identify which staff are pickers and/or checkers

4.    Click Ship in Warehouse Order Management Screen to prompt for who picked and who checked. 

• a.     Enter the code from the consolidated pick ticket in step 2 to mark all of the pick orders that were printed together at one time

5.    Add infractions to the infractions table in Management -> Infraction Table Maintenance

6.    Associate infractions with specific orders in Warehouse Tracking Infractions Maintenance (Management -> Warehouse Tracking Infractions Maintenance)

7.    Infractions are reported in the Warehouse Tracking Infractions report (Reports -> Management Reports)

8.    Warehouse tracking statistics can also be tracked
