SMARTScan - Order Verification

Touch the Order Verification Button in SMARTScan

Scan the Order # from a printed Pickticket - here we are using #6617

Here is the sales order

When we scan the first two line items we see them on the scanner screen

Now we go to Reports - SMART Mobile Suite - SMART Order Reconciliation


Click on Create Report and you will see the two items that have been scanned.

So the first item ALROS1500 had 6 ordered but only 1 was scanned so there is a difference of -5

So printing this report after scanning the orders will show you if the quantities are wrong on the order. It will NOT show you what is in a mixed box and if that is wrong.
