MTS #20C How to Delete a Credit Memo

Purpose:  To provide an overview of steps to delete credit memos.

Preparation:

Allow a User to delete a credit memo by updating the Staff record.

Then the DELETE button will show up on the credit memo.  Have the User log off and back onto SMARTSystem to load the User’s staff options.
