Show Customer Contact on Sales Order Screen

Purpose

The purpose of this document is to inform the reader about the new Show Customer Contact on Sales Order Screen feature

Feature Overview

A new system control option has been added that will show the customer contact in the Customer Information tab in the Sales Order screen when it is checked.

This new option can be found in the “Hide / Show” tab under the sales tab in System Control:

When this option is checked it will show the customer contact tab in the customer maintenance screen on the customer information tab in the sales order program for both sales orders and pre-book order:

The current customer contact is shown for all orders.  If there is no customer contact in the customer record, then this field will be blank.
